JUDr. Marcela Kleinbauerová

She began her career in law in 2014 at smaller law firms focusing on general practice, where she dealt with a wide range of legal areas.

Today, JUDr. Kleinbauerová focuses on contractual matters related to real estate, criminal law (particularly from the perspective of crime victims), family law, civil law, and the issue of compensation for damages. Her clients appreciate her empathy, thoroughness, and straightforwardness in achieving the best results. She approaches each case with individual care, which allows her to better understand the needs and situation of her clients.

During her practice, JUDr. Kleinbauerová has provided support to hundreds of clients, dealt with emotionally charged divorces, complex property disputes, and prepared contractual documentation for real estate transactions worth over CZK 500 million. Her empathetic and professional approach ensures that clients are happy to return to her.

She is registered in the Register of Providers of Assistance to Crime Victims maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic under number ADV000306, and is a member of the Union of Advocates of the Czech Republic.
